Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation between 45- 31 days will be refunded and 20% will be charged.
- Cancellation within 30 days will be non-refundable.
- For No Shows, Retention for the Rooms Held by the Hotel will be strictly applicable for the entire duration of the stay of the guests.
- For Covid Case cancellation will give you another dates except blackout dates if comes before 48 HRS.
Reservation confirmation policy
Confirmation is subjected to availability of rooms followed by advance payment. 50% of the full amount is required at the time of booking and balance before the date of check-in.

- Early check-in is subject to availability after 09:00 AM. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night.
- Maximum Occupancy Holding Capacity: Cottage – 02+01; Villa – 02+02 or 03 Adults; Suite – 02+02 or 03 Adults.
- Restaurant Opening / Closing Std. Time for Buffet Meals: Breakfast – 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Lunch – 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM, & Dinner – 07:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Also note outside liquor and eatable items are not allowed in public area/common area.
- Pets are not allowed.
